Role Summary

The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic graphic designer skilled in developing innovative visuals, engaging digital campaigns, and basic motion graphics. Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design compelling and innovative visuals for websites, social media platforms, and traditional marketing channels, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience.
  • Develop engaging digital marketing materials, including social media graphics and banners, to amplify campaigns across diverse platforms.
  • Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all digital and physical assets.
  • Stay ahead of trends by experimenting with cutting-edge design techniques and technologies, keeping the brand fresh and innovative.
  • Collaborate closely with business and other teams to create impactful designs that align with brand objectives and strategic goals.

Job Specifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in digital marketing and branding.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing for creating dynamic multimedia content.
  • Strong team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into impactful visual narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design, supported by a diverse portfolio that includes branding, website design, digital campaigns, and motion graphics.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is highly desirable.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, delivering designs that engage audiences and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing performance insights to refine and optimize visual strategies for maximum impact.
